How to commit your data using Oracle to be able to display the data in ASP.NET?

When you try to insert or update in oracle, but not in asp.net 2.0. You will find yourself at lost because your data does not reflect what you have inserted or updated in sqldeveloper tool. You need to press F11 or commit, it is not like using sql server management studio.
